Stayed here for 9 nights and appreciated it, being close enough to Birmingham NEC due to its fantastic location.

Having a bathtub was great, they provided a microwave, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator in the kitchen.

The location was great for exploring the surrounding attractions. We were able to easily visit the Black Country Museum and Mosely Old Hall, which were just a short drive away. there was a convenience store nearby, making it convenient to grab any essentials we needed.

The accommodations were not comfortable at all. The seating options in the living room were limited and uncomfortable, making it difficult for our family to relax together.

The furniture in the house was limited and not very comfortable. The seating options were not adequate for a family to sit together, and the futon provided was hard and uncomfortable.

Stayed at Ladbury House and enjoyed the "luxurious" comfort of hard futons, unstable chairs, and bumpy mattresses. The novices who decorated the house really brought out its tired and wallpaper-peeling charm. Such a treat!

Just loved the lack of comfortable seating, poorly fitted fixtures, and a lawn that couldn't be enjoyed. And let's not forget the joy of leaving more tired and achy than I arrived!
